About The Position
Delta is on a journey to become a world-class retailer, changing the way Delta can sell and service products and improve the overall customer experience. To enable this effort, the Enterprise Solutions (ES) team is evolving the customer and system interaction for Delta's Ancillary Products. In our mission to consistently offer, sell, and service high-quality personalized products in the customer's channel of choice, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive a creative vision that modernizes retailing of various ancillary products. This role will lead the vision and execution of IT development roadmaps that support our overall ancillary products strategy. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle, leveraging a systems-mindset when creating a scalable product roadmap. Strong candidates should have experience building and integrating consistent, efficient components across a complex product portfolio. Airline industry experience, especially with industry groups such as IATA and ATPCO, is preferred but not required.
