At Qu you will be responsible for product discovery and delivery, collaborating to develop and maintain a customer-informed roadmap that anticipates future opportunities. You will lead the scoping of functional areas of the POS, write and prioritize epics and user stories, and define acceptance criteria. Ensuring features are well-tested, meet customer expectations, and deliver business value is crucial. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, site visits, and usability testing to validate product direction, build feedback loops through internal and external stakeholder conversations, and monitor market and competitive trends to inform roadmap decisions. You will partner with the current POS Product Manager to align priorities and ensure consistent execution across functional areas, working closely with engineering and design through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to capture feedback and communicate releases is also part of your role. You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to define actionable requirements, monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success, and drive continuous improvement of POS workflows and innovation initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.
