About The Position

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in Elevate Healthcare's mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive by developing innovative products that empower healthcare clinicians and practitioners. As one of the largest providers of simulation products in healthcare, Elevate offers a unique opportunity for a product management professional to make a significant impact on our mission, our customers, and their personal achievement. The Product Manager is responsible for the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to launch and ongoing management — ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and user-centered innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required)
  • 2–5 years in product management in healthcare, med-tech, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record developing, launching, and scaling successful healthcare or simulation products
  • Experience managing clinical validation, regulatory submissions, and field testing
  • Experience with agile product management, backlog and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Demonstrated ability to teach customers new perspectives and challenge existing processes to improve outcomes
  • Experienced in tailored sales messaging and guiding buying journeys
  • Capable of building credibility, driving urgency for change, and addressing stakeholder pain points
  • Fluency in KPIs, business analytics, and ROI analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Power BI, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Mission-driven with a passion for safety, health, and productivity
  • High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and capacity for autonomy
  • Results-oriented, competitive, ethical, professional, and excellent communicator
  • Comfortable teaching technology and new processes to others
  • Able and willing to travel domestically (typically 60–80% per quarter)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 80 pounds occasionally for demos/trade show setup
  • Willingness to work with international teams, adapt to global regulations and cultural nuances
  • Deals effectively with ambiguity: Able to make decisions, drive progress, and maintain focus when faced with unclear situations, shifting priorities, or incomplete information.

Responsibilities

  • Visionary, strategic, action-oriented, growth mindset to build and lead the end-to-end development of innovative task trainers and accessories that complement our existing product lines, delivering market-driven solutions on a quarterly release cadence driving consistent pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with the Patient Simulator Product Managers that Manage the full product lifecycle: to ensure alignment, staying current of trends and ensure we are meeting market needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, including product backlog management and technical feasibility assessments
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research utilizing AI and business intelligence tools; organize end-user focus groups, usability studies, pilot programs for clinicians
  • Ensure all products comply with healthcare industry regulations (e.g. FDA, HIPAA, CE) and manage regulatory submissions/clinical validations where required
  • Monitor product performance by tracking KPIs (NPS, user adoption, ROI, outcomes) and leveraging analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI)
  • Lead creation, execution, and ongoing iteration of go-to-market, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for simulation products
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clinical stakeholders, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies for product trials and validation
  • Align cross-functional priorities and mitigate risks; ensure commercial, sales, R&D, and compliance teams operate effectively together
  • Stay current with healthcare simulation trends, technology, and international regulatory/cultural requirements for global market adaptation
  • Own lifecycle risk management including legacy product retirement
