The Connected Commerce Loyalty-Partner Channel, a key business within Chase's Consumer and Community Banking group is dedicated to building a best-in-class retail tech experience for our Partners. We are a team of highly talented product leaders focused on delivering and transforming Partner experiences, simplifying the ways we do business, and driving toward product excellence. As a Product Manager on the Partner Channel team you will support the development, launch, and growth of future Partner experiences on our product roadmap and lead end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the Partner and help build profitable products that provide both customer and Partner value. Utliize your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, guide the Partner adoption process, gather crucial feedback is important to ensure top-tier Partner experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed Partner expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for product management and collaboration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify requirements for new product development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in writing, refining and translating requirements into stories/deliverables and communicating progress of development with senior leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry or related fields
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, setting timelines, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Understand and communicate customer journey and use cases – be central point of contact and SME on assigned journeys
  • Lead scrum teams, both within Partner Channel and across Co-Suppliers, to get requirements delivered
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, using tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Own the end-to-end experience for product lifecycle management, ensuring seamless and efficient processes
