We are seeking a highly motivated Oracle Product Manager with a Bachelor’s degree and over 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud—including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity—to spearhead our Global Human Resources (Core HR) application support team. In this pivotal role, you will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of managing a large-scale SaaS platform, overseeing the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of modules such as Absence Management, Benefits, and Workforce Structures across more than 20 countries. As a hands-on technical expert, you will code complex business rules for unions, non-unions, hourly, and salaried staff, while coordinating effectively across at least 15 diverse cross-functional teams to solve intricate challenges for a wide array of global customers. Tasked with driving a high-performance Agile environment, you will manage the end-to-end support lifecycle—including incident resolution, quarterly releases, and proactive maintenance—while utilizing data-driven metrics and KPIs to ensure adherence to strict SLAs. Your technical proficiency must include Oracle integration tools like HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, and SQL, alongside a proven track record of implementing automated testing via TOSCA to enhance system reliability. Furthermore, you will navigate complex downstream integrations and payroll processes, lead the adoption of innovation such as Redwood deployment and Agentic AI, and ensure rigorous compliance with Cybersecurity, SOX, and GDPR standards. By partnering closely with business Product Owners and managing vendor relationships with Oracle Support, you will foster a culture of excellence and deliver sophisticated technical solutions that support a diverse and evolving global enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud application support, with a strong focus on Global HR modules.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role, leading an application support team.
  • Demonstrated experience working with business partners and suppliers
  • Deep technical understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data models, and configurations for Core HR, Absence, Benefits, and Workforce Structures.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM integration tools (e.g., HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, Web Services/APIs).
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA and practical experience with TOSCA for test automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical challenges and complexities clearly to both business stakeholders and IT leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), GDPR regulations, IT controls, and extensive experience involving audits.
  • Experience with Redwood deployment, Agentic AI, AI Agents and support.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting within Oracle databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Ford downstream integrations and payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle HCM application support specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and customer service.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across at least 15 diverse cross-functional teams.
  • A hands-on technical expert with demonstrated experience in coding complex business rules, including those pertaining to unions, non-unions, hourly, salaried, and new entity/plant configurations.
  • Possesses a broad understanding of overall Human Resources principles with deep technical expertise in the HCM Core module.
  • Navigates and manages complex global HR processes spanning over 20 countries.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle HCM Core HR application support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and problem tickets in adherence to SLAs.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues related to Oracle HCM Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Workforce Structures, and other HR modules.
  • Collaborate closely with functional HR teams, global business stakeholders, and IT development teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of support tickets, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
  • Drive proactive system health checks, performance monitoring, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
  • Oversee the application of Oracle patches, upgrades, and quarterly releases, ensuring thorough testing and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Thrives in high-performance team environments, delivering quick turnarounds and applying Agile methodologies effectively.
  • Lead project planning and execution for new Oracle HCM functionalities, integrations, or system enhancements, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Implement and refine support processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships with Oracle Support and other third-party providers as needed.
  • Apply and enforce an Agile mindset
