Requirements

• Experience in Merchant Services Acquiring payment processing.
• Knowledge of analytical and reporting lifecycle.
• Experience managing analytic and reporting product backlog for payment acquiring technical teams.
• Ability to assess data flow for a merchant acquiring business.
• Proficiency in SQL query development.
• Experience with at least one cloud-based data platform: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and developing cloud-based analytic and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and innovative ways for clients and users to consume data and produce business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including analytics, technology, operations, finance, risk, compliance, and legal to understand business needs.
• Deliver new business models and products based on Merchant Services' data assets.
• Drive product roadmap for power analytics and reporting use cases.
• Define strategy for utilizing data from multiple sources to improve insights and analytical conclusions.
• Drive the technology team within an agile delivery framework and facilitate the backlog.
• Participate in Product Backlog refinement to define needs and set goals.
• Improve the data quality of the current data environment to support insights delivery.
• Work with data engineering to define data definitions and metadata.
