About The Position

As the Product Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and supporting innovative liner products that enhance the customer experience and drive growth. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio, improving competitiveness, and supporting sales initiatives across global markets. Working cross-functionally, you will oversee the full product lifecycle-from strategic conception to market release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering or five years of relevant experience.
• High technical aptitude with a solid grasp of business and product strategy.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in mechanical or agricultural engineering.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the liner product portfolio within our milking solutions.
• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for product offerings.
• Provide commercial and technical support to global market organizations.
• Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Drive order intake and sales targets for liners by enhancing our product competitiveness.
• Lead and contribute to special projects.
