About The Position

The Product Manager for Know Your Customer (KYC) will be a key player in shaping and executing the strategy for KYC-related products at Pierce Technology Corp. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, customer needs, and emerging trends in compliance to create effective solutions that enhance our service offerings. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance or KYC-related products.
• Strong understanding of KYC regulations and best practices within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within agile product development frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for KYC products.
• Conduct market analysis and user research to gather insights that inform product decisions.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting KYC compliance.
• Work with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop and enhance KYC product features.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launch and promotional strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and address user feedback effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding KYC products, providing guidance and support.
• Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing to ensure product effectiveness and reliability.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
• Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform future product enhancements.
