As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Supermicro's key component product offerings, driving competitive differentiation, and ensuring alignment with customer needs. You will help define go-to-market strategies, positioning Supermicro's solutions for growth in data center and AI acceleration computing markets. Work closely with sales, engineering, and external partners to develop cutting-edge products and solutions while driving customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in product management, marketing, or business development, preferably in hardware and software solutions.
• Strong analytical, marketing, and project management skills with a proven track record of successful product execution.
• Knowledge of server/workstation hardware and B2B business models preferred.
• Experience in machine learning accelerators and data center solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence product development and strategy.
• Hands-on problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to product and business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and solution requirements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and company capabilities.
• Define market requirements for current and future key component products and solutions.
• Guide the product life cycle from introduction to decline, shaping go-to-market strategies at each stage.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and drive product positioning.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution, ensuring strong product launch and adoption.
• Provide product subject matter expertise and training for internal sales teams and external partners.
• Work closely with sales teams to support customer success and enhance product engagement.
• Collaborate with external vendors on requirements definition and solution development.
• Work with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
• Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement to support successful product adoption.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships across teams and external partners.
