TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets. The Product Manager role will be responsible for product revenue, executing new product introductions, profitability, and product definition with key applications for the Data Connectivity product line (~$20M annual revenue, with an expected growth to ~$100M in 5 years). The drivers to successfully getting the business to the next phase of growth, include gaining market share with ethernet, camera, antenna, radar and lidar related interconnect solutions across Agriculture, Construction and On-highway markets, growing a differentiated portfolio with strong value proposition, influencing cross functional teams to scale new product portfolios profitability, driving operational efficiency and optimization of global manufacturing footprints, developing strong relationships with key accounts and aligning with other product lines and BU's to create cross selling synergies, building out product roadmaps in technically complex market environments, aligning with key accounts and creating differentiation in target applications, assessing and articulating opportunities with new technological trends ensuring long-term continuous pipeline growth and enabling sales force to capture and secure new opportunities, and building a culture of continuous improvement, which leverages best practice processes and metrics to drive year-over-year improvements in key project management metrics.
