About The Position

The Product Manager, IV Solutions drives the strategy, growth, and market presence of IV Solution products, overseeing on-market portfolio management and new product launches. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, this role leads product marketing initiatives, demand planning, and competitive positioning, translating complex clinical products into clear, value-driven messaging. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of balancing tactical execution with long-term strategy while applying clinical expertise in IV Therapy and Medication Delivery to support ICU Medical’s commercial objectives.

  • Highly organized self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and ability to balance strategic and tactical work
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 4+ years in product marketing and product management, including supply chain/logistics experience
  • Experience in IV Solutions, Medication Delivery and/or healthcare products preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute clinically accurate, strategically aligned marketing programs for the IV Solutions portfolio
  • Own market strategy for on-market IV Solutions products and lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Clinical, and external stakeholders to support supply continuity, demand planning, and forecasting
  • Execute product marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer-facing collateral, sales enablement tools, and sales training
  • Lead convention and trade show messaging, content development, and execution
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to drive differentiated positioning and competitive response strategies
  • Translate market research into actionable product strategy, positioning, and messaging
  • Build and apply clinical expertise in IV Therapy and Medication Delivery while leading special projects as needed
