As a Product Manager for the Platform Core Services team, your objective is to bring the next generation of platform capabilities to life. You will be a key member on the Platform Core Services product team, whose mission is to empower application teams to efficiently deliver high quality, lovable, products through modern platform technology and infrastructure. You’ll get to collaborate on building the foundations of the Dayforce platform, features that boost our developers and provide reliable and consistent experiences for customers. In this role, you’ll translate complex, highly technical concepts into clear, actionable content—developer documentation, update decks, and internal enablement materials that make Dayforce internal tools easy to understand, adopt, and love. You’ll help coordinate internal and external communications for launches, gather feedback from customers and Dayforce developers, and track adoption signals to inform future improvements. Along the way, you’ll build hands-on product skills in discovery, prioritization, and execution to build internal tooling and infrastructure that boosts Dayforce developer productivity and happiness, while providing stability and performance to Dayforce customers.
