Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent required
• Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years product development experience
• CAPM or PMP
• Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to execution
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications to management variety of audiences
• Project and account management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects, define project scopes and establish and maintain project timelines
• Understanding of retailer needs as it relates to forward and reverse logistics
• Very strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and conduct presentations
• Proficiency in Excel and statistical analysis
• Proficient with database structure and querying languages to mine data, preferably Oracle SQL
• Familiar with XML, JSON
• Familiar with Agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Manages new business-to-business integration projects with external partners including both retailers, manufacturers, and third parties
• Owner and project manager for new and mature products and applications, both internal and external
• Functions as a subject matter expert for applications, products, and processes
• Provides expert high-level technical support for existing products for internal and external partners during business hours
• Maintains roadmap for products
• Uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
• Creates formal and informal networks involving coordination among groups, both internal and external
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
• Exercises advanced, independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Build requirement documents for new product features and prioritizes projects
• Creates and maintains documentation, such as specifications, training documents, best practices, etc.
• Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings and working sessions that enhance products
• Writes SQL to extract data relevant to projects or products from Oracle database for further analysis
• Dive into metrics and data to understand how the product impacts the customer
• Stay current on customer trends and needs
• Leads development of new products to address customer needs
