About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Product & Design, the Product Manager III is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of highly complex and high-impact product portfolios. This role drives innovation and long-term vision, aligning product strategy with enterprise goals and customer needs. Mentors Product Managers I and II, leads cross-functional initiatives, and champions a data-driven, user-centric approach to product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant product management experience, including leadership of complex product initiatives required.
  • Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile product development and software lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products in Agile environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Advanced skills in product analytics, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience with product portfolio management tools and frameworks.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification such as Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Methodologies, would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision Defines and drives long-term product strategy across multiple product lines, aligning with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Portfolio Management Oversees a portfolio of products or large-scale initiatives, ensuring cohesive development, prioritization, and delivery of features that maximize business value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Builds strong relationships with executive stakeholders, translating business needs into product opportunities and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices Mentors Product Managers I and II, promoting best practices in product management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Innovation & Market Intelligence Leads competitive analysis, market research, and emerging technology assessments to identify new opportunities and maintain product differentiation.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization Leads post-launch performance reviews, leveraging analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Agile Leadership Acts as a senior product owner in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment between product vision and execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
