Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead feature development through the full PDLC.
  • Experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, and feature testing.
  • Basic analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, NPS, and ROI analysis.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and a foundational understanding of how it can be applied to product development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or working on AI-powered product features.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or international product domains.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Quantum, or Confluence.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience managing ambiguous feature requests and aligning stakeholders on roadmap priorities.
  • A track record of championing innovation and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Apply AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent user experiences.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle (PDLC) for select features—from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and use data to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption and deliver value.
  • Evangelize product features internally and externally, co-authoring launch materials and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and NPS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
