About The Position

The Product Manager II at AvidXchange is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers by shaping products and processes that drive adoption, reduce friction, and create measurable value. This role combines customer-centric thinking with technical and operational execution, ensuring that both the front-end experience and backend integrations work seamlessly to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
  • Proven experience designing customer onboarding experiences and improving conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to improve adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your product area—from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Design and optimize onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value and minimize friction for new customers.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify conversion barriers, diagnose adoption challenges, and implement strategies that improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver features and workflows that balance technical excellence with customer impact.
  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer-impacting issues quickly, coordinating across teams to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product enhancements.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication materials to support internal alignment and customer education.
