This role will build and launch highly complex, cloud connected, premium SW features for Axon's in-vehicle camera product line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or STEM fields.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience maintaining and improving in-market products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to execute and drive processes that need improvement.
  • Understanding of technical complexity and ability to communicate with engineering.
  • Familiarity with customer satisfaction measures (NPS/CSAT).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IoT devices, intelligent cameras, cloud SW, or public safety technology.
  • Understanding of technologies behind cloud connected IoT devices, cameras, or AI driven workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Axon Ecosystem integrations for Axon's in-vehicle camera products.
  • Ensure camera connectivity and integration with other Axon devices and Evidence.com applications.
  • Monitor hardware and software quality and review customer satisfaction for products at scale (100K to 1M users).
  • Make data driven product decisions using CSAT, product telemetry, and sales/marketing data.
  • Build relationships across Support, Sales, Cloud SW, and distributed sister Product R&D teams.
  • Triage and prioritize feature improvement requests from existing customers.
  • Engage in VoC sessions to translate customer needs into product requirement documents.
  • Guide and arbitrate customer escalations with tact and deftness.
