About The Position

Develop and execute the MIRATECH product life cycle across the entire portfolio of brands: Responsible for aiding product development, launch processes, cross-functional handoffs, product support, pricing, marketing initiatives and management of all product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with preferred focus in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field. Master's degree or MBA a plus.
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management and/or customers.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to work comfortably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or MBA a plus.
  • Experience in an Industrial B2B role working with technical products preferred.
  • Experience in a global organization and/or the energy industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS Power Platform, and Python are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports all aspects of the product portfolio, including working with Product Development engineers and Sales to launch new products and drive relevant messaging.
  • Interacts directly with customers and Sales as required to receive feedback on product portfolio (travel expected up to ~25%).
  • Translates feedback and insights into strategic business plans for key product lines.
  • Enforces product lifecycle management (PLM) fundamentals, ensuring proper support of products from cradle to grave.
  • Works with the Marketing Team to ensure products are accurately depicted on all selling channels: websites/digital, print, video, and other forms of media.
  • Ensures projects are financially viable, effectively prioritized, and maintain intended scope while staying on budget and on time.
  • Manages competitive intelligence and data analysis efforts for the product portfolio. Gathers competitive price points and intelligence on key competitor product lines.
  • Manages established market efforts (North America) versus emerging market efforts (EMEA / APAC / LATAM) differently and customized to the market's maturation.
  • Makes relevant presentations to management on the product portfolio and recommendations on new development.
  • Responsible for synchronization across brands, regions, and any targeted promotional efforts across multiple selling channels.
  • Support the creation of new training content for all Sales channels on relevant products.
  • Participate in occasional Voice of the Customer and product tests in the field; attend trade shows and other brand building exercises as needed.
