The Product Manager I is responsible for supporting product roadmaps, gathering business requirements, and assisting in the execution of Agile development processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product enhancements, track performance metrics, and ensure successful feature delivery. Working in an Agile environment, the Product Manager I plays a key role in translating business needs into actionable user stories and contributes to iterative product improvements.

  • Assist in defining and refining the product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document user stories.
  • Work closely with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlog items.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support the testing and validation of new product features before deployment.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports on product performance and updates.
  • Communicate with customer support teams to gather feedback and identify product improvements.
  • Work with business teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and development teams.
  • Basic experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and user journey mapping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in eCommerce, travel, aviation, or SaaS-based product development.
  • Scrum Product Owner Certification (SPOC) or Agile-related training.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience using product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Exposure to software development concepts and APIs.
