About The Position

We are seeking a high-velocity product manager to drive and build out our Hub platform through a critical growth phase. You'll support driving user activation and retention strategy for Hub. This role requires deep technical fluency with AI systems, analytics infrastructure, and modern product growth methodologies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in mathematics, technical, or analytical field.
  • Minimum of either: 4 years of product management experience or 2 years of product management experience and 2+ years of experience in management consulting, market research, or engineering.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Fluency in crafting data-driven narratives. You enjoy writing SQL to answer your own questions and thrive on leveraging data to shape and communicate a strategic vision.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams, inspire stakeholders, and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Passion for AI: Hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.
  • Fluency with modern prototyping tools and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in research, analytics, or data visualization markets.
  • Background with enterprise B2B products serving hedge funds, consulting firms, or research teams.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative/quantitative research, survey design).
  • Previous experience in startup environments, scaling from dozens to hundreds of users.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product development by working closely with engineering, design, and various customer-facing teams.
  • Define and establish metrics that allow insights into the success of our products.
  • Use data and customer feedback to iterate and evolve our product offering constantly.
  • Deliver industry-leading products and user experiences by combining business acumen with creative product strategy.
  • Stay deeply plugged into AI research, industry trends, and emergent applications, filtering signal from noise and applying it creatively to the Hub product.
  • Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate effectively with and win customers.
