Join our Molecular Imaging team as a Product Lifecycle Manager for General Nuclear Medicine, where you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of processing and reading applications. In this role, you will lead the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization by ensuring our solutions meet clinical needs, regulatory standards, and business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, marketing, and customer engagement to define strategy, guide development, and deliver innovations that enhance patient care and clinical workflow efficiency. This position is ideal for a technically minded professional with deep knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging, a strong grasp of market dynamics, and a passion for translating clinical insight into impactful product strategy.

  • Managing the product lifecycle for General Nuclear Medicine processing and reading applications.
  • Elaborating requirements and creating product concepts for software applications in General Nuclear Medicine.
  • Participating in product strategy and roadmap planning, analyzing inbound market trends, positioning competitively, and reviewing sales performance.
  • Soliciting customer and user requirements while specifying and maintaining market and system requirements.
  • Driving business case development, project scoping, requirements prioritization, and concept development to deliver releases that meet business objectives.
  • Supporting R&D during product realization by reporting project status, conducting risk analysis, controlling changes, and sharing customer feedback.
  • Contributing to the development of key product claims and crafting compelling marketing stories for each release.
  • Establishing product configuration strategy and defining price book content and pricing.
  • Developing key customer relationships and directing customer use testing to validate usability and satisfaction.
  • Planning and conducting training sessions and product rollouts for applications and product specialists.
  • Participating in install base management, sustaining activities, and product complaint resolution to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or clinical discipline, such as Medical Physics, Medical Technology, or CNMT with nuclear and CT background.
  • Several years of career experience and the proven ability to operate as a self-starter in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
  • Hands-on experience with all General Nuclear Medicine imaging modalities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, with flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
