About The Position

As part of the Product Management team, we are looking for someone with the above qualities, who will help shape and execute the product strategy for our products across the Group. Our mission is to provide the different business teams with a portfolio of tools and features to offer a rich and engaging experience every day. This person will be responsible for helping to transform the product strategy into product delivery and will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless, consistent, and engaging end-to-end consumer experience. In this role, you will help prioritize customer needs, create the roadmap, and facilitate day-to-day product discovery and delivery activities to achieve the team’s committed key results. Working with a variety of stakeholders, product managers, designers, engineers, and QA team members, you will be accountable for continuously improving the user journey to accomplish our core business goals. Ultimately your success will be measured by our customers’ satisfaction as well as our core business goals and metrics. At the end of the day, we are working together to build best-in-class customer experiences for millions of users – with the primary goal of being the biggest and best online sports and gaming operator in the United States.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with digital consumer products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field
  • Prior experience with sports, casino, and/or gaming websites and mobile apps
  • Product Management certifications and/or coursework
  • Strong technical background – with the ability to have intelligent conversations with engineering
  • Demonstrating a strong interpersonal skill set – being able to communicate with team members effectively and emphatically at all levels within an organization
  • Being an innovative thinker, someone not afraid to challenge the status quo and ask questions
  • Showing a true passion for this industry inclusive of sports, casinos, and entertainment
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing successful digital products across platforms including web, mobile apps, and connected devices
  • Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and defining clear, actionable product requirements
  • Highly analytical and comfortable using a variety of reporting systems and tools to inform decisions
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to convey product context, decisions, and insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders
  • Ability to articulate product vision and translate it into well-defined requirements and use cases
  • Demonstrated understanding of the product development lifecycle and a track record of delivering meaningful product and feature improvements
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while staying aligned with team and business goals
  • Collaborative and transparent; builds strong relationships across teams and contributes to a healthy product culture
  • Demonstrates intellectual humility and a continuous improvement mindset; open to learning from others and evolving based on feedback
  • Willingness to attend on-site meetings or events as needed
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and/or internationally
  • Advanced command of the English language

Responsibilities

  • Support the product strategy within your area of ownership and communicate your vision effectively to cross-functional teams
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with product goals and business needs
  • Support product launch initiatives with high confidence through mitigating risks and executing go-to-market plans with all relevant stakeholders
  • Write detailed written requirements with acceptance criteria and negotiate trade-offs with engineering and design teams
  • Clearly communicate the solutions of your product utilizing key communication tools like detailed mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes
  • Identify gaps between the current functionality and be able to recommend solutions
  • Partner with and serve as a liaison between Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, other internal partners to ensure products are meeting marketing strategies and objectives
  • Support the product strategy, design solutions, and engineering decisions to best accomplish the intended outcomes
  • Manage competing requests from multiple groups while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Lead daily/weekly/monthly standups, planning, and grooming activities
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies to best serve digital goals
  • Understand the competitive landscape, user research and competitive analysis to help support and frame our initiatives
