About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will own the execution of the product roadmap, lead large-scale initiatives, and define features for our FX product suite serving regional and community bank clients. Reporting to the CPO, you will play a critical role in shaping product strategy and ensuring successful delivery across the full product lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for market innovation, and a deep understanding of the needs of financial institution clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including engineering, support, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-impact solutions that align with our product vision and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a confident, client-focused leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will guide the FX product team in delivering differentiated functionality, actively engage with clients and stakeholders, and use market insights to inform prioritization and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience in product management
  • Direct experience in payment processing or foreign exchange
  • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong background in product development for the financial market
  • Highly developed direct and indirect leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to innovate
  • Knowledge of modern product management practices and Go-To-Market strategies
  • Broad understanding of the commercial banking industry

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document the full functional scope and lifecycle of the FX product from client onboarding through payment processing, including reporting requirements.
  • Identify functional and operational gaps in the product, classify impact of each, and prioritize for the development team.
  • Work closely with the implementation team to create repeatable processes and innovative tools to expedite client onboarding.
  • Own and execute the FX product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Define product requirements and features grounded in client needs and market trends.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to drive product success.
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • Assist Sales by demonstrating the product to potential clients and identifying points of friction in the Sales cycle.
  • Measure product performance and refine strategy to achieve business goals.
