About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager, Environmental Asset Management, to work on our Environmental ATG + Wetstock remote management solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Product - Environmental Asset Management, this position is open to remote employees in the United States, working during Eastern or Central Time Zone hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the convenience and retail fuel sector
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong technical background with understanding of device connectivity/IoT/API products; knowledge of ATG and retail fueling preferred
  • Experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for hardware/software solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data points to drive decisions
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems
  • Ability and desire to impact customers through innovation
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the year to meet with customers and stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Industry experience in fuel & convenience retail, or related sectors

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously refine a product strategy and roadmap tied to organizational strategy, including milestones, phases, and clear execution plans
  • Engage with customers and conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new features, opportunities for product differentiation, innovation, and influence product strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product owners, and technical teams to ensure proper design, roadmap execution, user story creation, backlog prioritization, and successful delivery
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to design go-to-market strategy, develop compelling positioning, and create sales enablement collateral and training materials
  • Assess customer needs and act on customers' behalf to prioritize product requirements; gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to ensure user adoption and drive product improvements
  • Analyze performance metrics and use both quantitative and qualitative data-driven insights to drive product improvements, package products, and inform pricing strategies
  • Manage the full lifecycle of new product features and solutions from conception through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Create compelling business cases for new products and features backed by customer data, market intelligence, and financial analysis
  • Act as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and with key clients
