The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer the platforms that power the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client's financial lives. As a member of the End User Computing Services team, you will assist in the development, design, configuration, security, and implementation of desktop operating systems, hardware standards, and core applications. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering key end-user services including productivity, collaboration, mobility, and security. You will collaborate with customers to develop requirements while partnering with cross-functional technology teams to deliver solutions. You will assist in tracking key client and departmental goals, lead projects, coordinate technical documentation for support teams, mentor junior team members, and assist with the product management lifecycle to include: A successful candidate for this position will be tech savvy, analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve across multiple requests. Additionally, they must be skilled in working with business clients, external parties, and across other technology groups (developers, network administrators, senior management, etc.) as needed while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters)
  • Proficient in applying agile or other program management methodologies
  • Adept at building processes, managing products, and managing release schedules
  • Expertise working on large and deeply transformative projects
  • High level of comfort communicating effectively with customers and senior managers as well as working as part of a cross-functional project team
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to self-manage and act with autonomy
  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
  • Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VDI (Citrix, Microsoft, Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with AI tools (Microsoft Copilot)
  • Experience with Python and Reactive
  • Experience with data query and reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI
  • Strong product management and business transformation experience in deploying IT hardware and software
  • Functional knowledge of Cloud and On Prem operating environments, inclusive of dependent services required such as Networking infrastructure and MAC OS and Windows OS
  • Strong knowledge of agile development practices (especially Scrum and / or Kanban), methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Align, Rally) and CI/CD, DevOps
  • Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills with the ability to work independently in a global environment and drive consensus in cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, results driven, with the ability to quickly establish clear, well thought out action plans and drive deliverables to completion under tight deadlines
  • Fast learner on both technical side and business side
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big picture strategy with detailed, flawless execution

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and recommending integrations to enhance operations
  • Providing support for escalations as the SME for your products
  • Translating customer's business requirements into technical/functional specification designs for implementation by engineers
  • Working closely with clients and technology management to assess business value and priority and integrating continuous service improvements
  • Evaluating new product opportunities, bringing forward POC/proposals and influence to expand our product features and solution footprint
  • Participating in sprint planning, daily stand ups, product demos, test phases, and retrospectives to ensure on time, high quality delivery
  • Working closely with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and final products meet business requirements
  • Deriving insights from data and helping to drive decision making
  • Developing user guides and user training materials
