About The Position

With the stabilization of our SAP S/4HANA RISE and Cloud First transformation, The Marzetti Company has entered a new phase—shifting from platform implementation to ongoing business transformation. Our intentionally nimble technical landscape is maintained, improved, and continuously optimized through the capabilities of a centralized Business Transformation team within the Information Technology (IT) department; the Center of Excellence (COE) is a core component of this group. The COE team’s role is to understand business capability needs, translate them into prioritized roadmaps, and ensure processes, data, and organizational readiness practices are fit for purpose to maximize business value from our enterprise platforms. The Product Manager – Digital Manufacturing serves as the product owner for digital manufacturing capabilities across Integrated Planning and Supply Chain Operations within The Marzetti Company. This role partners closely with various Supply Chain stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, prioritized product backlogs that drive tangible business value. The Product Manager is accountable for ensuring digital manufacturing capabilities deliver measurable improvements in planning accuracy and operational efficiency, while data and system integrations enable clear, transparent visibility into performance across planning and execution. Operating at the intersection of people, process, data, and enterprise systems, the Product Manager is responsible for day-to-day product ownership activities including intake triage, backlog refinement, roadmap contribution, and value realization. The role focuses on ensuring planning and operational execution capabilities are well-defined, well-integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards and Supply Chain priorities. While this role does not directly own Manufacturing Execution Systems or shop floor control applications, it partners with Supply Chain and Manufacturing Technology leaders to ensure strategic alignment between platforms, data flows, and integration patterns across all manufacturing facilities. The Product Manager helps ensure that digital transformation in the manufacturing space meets business needs and scales with Marzetti. This role includes direct people leadership responsibility for one to two Senior Analysts and works closely with other Product Owners, IT Solution Owners, Data & Analytics, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Continuous Improvement (CI) partners to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and effectively adopted by the business.
