In this role, you will shape how John Deere leverages the digital behavioral patterns of our current and potential customers to make insights and interventions driving digital utilization and engagement. You will manage the centralization of multiple sources including authentication logs, email delivery records, online form fills, web app API logs, personalization logs, Adobe Analytics clickstream, and more. Through purposeful aggregation and data structure, you will create novel customer insights and actionable digital segmentation . You will participate in executing a growth optimization strategy driving digital retention and engagement. This product will mature enterprise descriptive analytics, predictive modeling, customer insights, personalization qualifications, and our enterprise ambition to reach 1 million digital monthly active users by 2030.
