About The Position
Kixie is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of its Dialer product, a core component of the Kixie sales engagement platform. The Dialer enables sales teams to make more calls, connect with more prospects, and close more deals efficiently. As the Product Manager for the Dialer, you will be responsible for setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a best-in-class dialer experience. This role is crucial as it directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams using Kixie's platform. In this position, you will define and execute the vision and strategy for the Kixie Dialer, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and customer needs. You will prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on delivering features that enhance user experience and drive customer success. Conducting user research through customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis will be essential to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement. You will lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization. Monitoring the performance of the Dialer by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call connection rates, user adoption, and customer satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies will help keep Kixie's Dialer ahead of the market. Regular communication of product plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, will be necessary to ensure transparency and alignment. Additionally, collaborating with UX/UI designers will be vital to ensure the Dialer is intuitive and meets the needs of both technical and non-technical users.
