About The Position

The Product Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and commercialization of a novel diagnostic radiopharmaceutical product. This individual will play a critical role in cross-functional leadership, market strategy execution, and lifecycle management to ensure the successful launch and sustained market performance of the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical imaging or radiopharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated success in product launch and lifecycle management
  • Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging and radiopharmaceutical markets
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory pathways for imaging diagnostic
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with nuclear medicine or molecular imaging products
  • Background in health economics and reimbursement strategies
  • Established network of contacts in the radiology and nuclear medicine communities

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy development and execution, aligning with company goals and market needs
  • Conduct comprehensive market and payer market research to identify trends, customer needs, and refine competitive landscape
  • Foster relationships with key opinion leaders in priority market segments to drive commercial demand and meet forecasted sales targets
  • Drive development of marketing materials and campaigns for product promotion
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, business plans, and forecasting models
  • Own the commercial P&L for the Diagnostic asset, including revenue forecasting, budget allocation and cost analysis
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, Radiopharmacy networks and MSL/Sales teams
  • Lead internal executive and external investor updates on commercial performance and key milestones
  • Provide training and support to MSL/sales teams, ensuring product knowledge and competitive positioning
  • Establish strong partnerships across internal stakeholders and external partners to align execution with strategic objectives
  • Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to drive overarching product strategy, business case, and execution
