About The Position

The Product Manager for IBM's Guardium data security software team will define and execute a roadmap for data loss protection (DLP) and data access governance (DAG) capabilities. This role involves collaboration with designers, architects, developers, and other product managers to drive innovative solutions that help customers protect sensitive data from emerging threats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software product management.
• 3+ years of experience engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Broad knowledge of structured and unstructured data repositories in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Deep understanding of data access governance concepts and database access control methods.
