About The Position
Figma is on a mission to make design accessible to all, and we are expanding our team with a passionate Product Manager for our Data & ML Infrastructure teams. These teams are responsible for providing the core infrastructure and systems that enable all Figma employees—from Finance to ML engineers—to ingest, transform, and orchestrate data at scale. This role is crucial for gaining business insights and developing innovative product improvements across Figma's product suite using AI capabilities. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our data systems and ensuring that they meet the needs of our diverse teams. In this full-time position, which can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely, you will build and maintain a strong understanding of the data needs across the company. You will define a vision for core data systems, such as Figma's data catalog, enabling key stakeholders to easily understand and utilize data at scale to drive business needs and product improvements. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, research, and product, to design infrastructure that supports the training, deployment, and serving of AI/ML models at scale. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering to set strategy and priorities for teams and projects, ensuring alignment with Figma's overall goals.
