As the Product Manager for our Data Center Market, you will play a strategic role in positioning Intek Plastics Group as a preferred partner in this rapidly evolving sector. Requirements

• Experience in product management, ideally in industrial products or tech-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and committed to quality and customer service.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Interest and acumen for future leadership roles.

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of data centers or related industries is a plus.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for the data center market.
• Define product vision and strategy for our data center product line.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions that address data center challenges.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond.
• Own pricing and profitability to ensure strong ROI.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust the product roadmap to stay ahead of the competition.
• Represent Intek Plastics Group in industry associations and forums.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the data center ecosystem.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including trade show participation and follow-up.
