Join Sandbox’s Cybersecurity Group to drive the next generation of cyber security products by using AI and industry leading cryptographic technology. You will represent the users’ voice and drive product thought leadership on our team. In close collaboration with the rest of the product and engineering team, you will be responsible for building the right product. You excel in project execution, and you drive the development and delivery products that solve real-world user problems. You deliver functional, useful, market-driven products on time. The success indicators for this role include product adoption, user satisfaction, regulatory and quality success, time-to-market, and business impact.

  • Work closely with the Head of Product to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products that align with business objectives, incorporating ML capabilities where valuable.
  • Establish team-level OKRs, oversee timelines and budgets, and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of data products to ensure successful delivery and impact.
  • Put our users first by leading a team that works closely with our cybersecurity partners and customers.
  • Through product discovery, turn user insights, user needs, and business goals into clear product requirements.
  • Prioritize features by balancing business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Cybersecurity group’s Research team to leverage cutting-edge techniques that align with product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, platform, clinical, regulatory) to align our products with project plans.
  • Be a confident representative of the Cybersecurity group within SandboxAQ and externally.
  • Mentor other product managers and team members in the Cybersecurity Group.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, driving professional growth and excellence.
  • 10+ years in product roles ranging from IC to experience with leading product teams.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, AI, mathematics or related field.
  • Strong experience in building and bringing to market AI/ML products and cybersecurity products.
  • Effectively communicate at the executive level, ensuring decisions are clearly linked to business objectives and routed to appropriate stakeholders for efficient action.
  • Action-oriented: takes initiative and proactively addresses issues that may impact our users.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with cryptography and cryptographic lifecycle management.
