About The Position

CR Essentials is the leading all-in-one AI-powered autism and IDD care platform specifically designed for small and startup therapy providers. We’re seeking a Product Manager to help grow and evolve this product as we expand our revenue cycle, practice management and clinical capabilities. This role is designed for a Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. You will leverage your experience in revenue cycle and/or clinical products to contribute to the CR Essentials product direction while owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across the platform. Success in this role requires navigating ambiguity, deeply understanding real-world clinic workflows, and building solutions that work across disciplines without compromising CentralReach’s ABA strengths.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or workflow-intensive B2B software
  • Strong understanding of practice management and care delivery workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, clinical care, billing, and reporting
  • Experience supporting or designing for therapists or healthcare professionals
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and influence outcomes through strong product judgment and execution

  • Preferred candidates will have direct experience in the ABA domain

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy
  • Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery
  • Help balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user-friendly experience for our users
  • Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams
  • Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact
