About The Position

Equifax's USIS Core Risk Product team is looking for a Product Manager who is experienced in working with risk products in one or more of the following markets: large financial institutions, midsize financial institutions, Telecom industry, and or auto dealers. This Product Manager will be skilled at establishing customer needs, creating customer segments, building product roadmaps, and managing the performance of a product portfolio.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Business Administration or Systems Engineering
• 5+ years working directly with customers as part of product discovery and product management process
• 5+ years experience in prioritizing product requirements and generating product roadmaps

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience managing Risk or Underwriting products
• Experience in working at a financial institution or as a direct user of risk based products
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools for Product Strategy & Management

Responsibilities

• Effectively segment the Mid FI customer group based on customer needs
• Execute the customer discovery process, effectively identifying gaps in the mid FI customer segment
• Manage the customer product journey across the mid FI customer segment
• Effectively map products across Mid FI banks and CUs customer segment
• Propose solutions to address gaps and address new opportunities
• Create customer value through product transitions
• Manage the Core Risk Product roadmap for multiple Equifax platforms
• Manage revenue expectations across the Mid FI product line
• Work closely with product managers, tech leaders ,data scientists and other leaders to drive and measure customer journey outcomes
