About The Position

Contribute to the implementation of the cookware marketing strategy within Groupe SEB USA, leveraging deep category expertise, strong product vision, and data-driven strategies. Your efforts will enhance our brands and products, driving profitable and consistent growth in the cookware category. This position is based in Parsippany, NJ, and offers a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with a master's degree in marketing or communication from a Business School or related faculty, or equivalent experience.
  • Initial experience in marketing.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Ability to propose solutions and rally support for projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
  • Results and business-focused with knowledge of distribution.
  • Proficient in IT tools, especially advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analyses, define the 4P strategy and build an action plan to meet the ambitions defined for the category. Co-responsible for an annual budget of USD 176million.
  • Drive turnover, POS & Net sales, margin, and market share performance for assigned portfolio.
  • Define and manage the assortment, pricing, promotional and distribution/go-to market strategy in collaboration with the BU, sales, and Business Development teams.
  • Be responsible for the product's selling story and its implementation on the various activation levers and the provision of various sales support materials.
  • Define content needs for assigned portfolio clearly, differentiating content for hero products to illustrate trade-up story, and work closely with content/communication teams to drive current and new launches.
  • Influence sales forecasts for current and new products with sales & demand teams, coordinate stops and launches, and build action plans related to stock shortages/overstocks in conjunction with the supply and sales teams.
  • Contribute to the road to market of new product launches.
  • Define and implement the category and brand strategy in his/her market based on BU strategies.
  • Be the product and market expert for his/her category.
  • Train teams on products and on Stackline to deliver winning products on Amazon.
  • Identify needs related to category development (product offering, price, content).
