About The Position

Wonder is looking for a high-impact Product Manager to scale our Restaurants business. As part of the Consumer Product team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative product features that transform how customers browse, discover, and order from our restaurant offerings. This includes both our first-party portfolio of chef-driven concepts, as well as our expansive local marketplace. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of shaping Wonder into a super-app for mealtime.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management leading initiatives and cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience building consumer-facing products in eCommerce or multi-sided marketplaces
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing conversion funnels using experimentation and impact-driven prioritization

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the rest of the consumer product team, and key stakeholders across the organization, to execute our product roadmap, drive top-line growth, and improve our key metrics
  • Own the feature development lifecycle from ideation to feature definition, prioritization, testing, and impact measurement
  • Leverage user research, marketing trends, competitive analyses, and customer feedback to inform feature development
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the app, website, and all other customer touchpoints are optimized for conversion and engagement
  • Communicate product performance and impact to the business and key stakeholders
