About The Position

The Product Manager, Consultant role reports to the Manager, Product Management and is responsible for overseeing Bill, Letter and EOB delivery across all lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance
• Maintaining templates
• Prioritizing compliance items in the backlog
• Managing incidents from detection to resolution
• Facilitating cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective action
• Communicating outcomes to stakeholders
• Owning end-to-end reporting to ensure timely delivery
