Coffeehouse Excellence is hiring Product Managers to help shape the future of retail operations and partner experiences. Opportunities are available across multiple teams, including: Green Apron Service team: Staffing & Scheduling Excellence (2 positions): Lead the strategy, roadmap, and enablement of workforce management solutions that drive operational excellence in Starbucks stores. You will integrate innovative technologies into our scheduling ecosystem to enhance partner and customer experiences while simplifying in-store execution. Deployment, Engine, Channel, and Customer Service (1 position): Provide both strategic and tactical guidance to enhance coffeehouse operations. Your focus will include deployment, engine optimization, and channel operations to drive improvements in throughput, speed, and overall partner and customer experience. Drive cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of retail operations and deliver best-in-class customer service. Product, Inventory, & Infrastructure team (1 position): Technology & Infrastructure Operations - Facilities & Cleaning (1 position): Drive product ownership and cross-functional support for both Facilities & Cleaning product areas. You will co-develop strategies with key cross-functional partners in benefit of making coffeehouse partners' lives easier and driving value to the business. Go-To-Coffeehouse Enablement & Integration team: Communication and Planning Cadence, Strategy & Execution (1 position): You will help redefine our Go-to-Coffeehouse approach by driving continuous improvement in retail operations content, cadence, and planning. As part of the GTC Approach team, you'll collaborate closely with retail staging and planning, regularly engage retail leaders, and ensure resources deliver impact. You will also own the development and delivery of tools that enable seamless execution. GTC Approach Continuous Improvement & Execution (1 position): You will help redefine our Go-to-Coffeehouse approach by driving continuous improvement in retail operations content, cadence, and planning. As part of the GTC Approach team, you'll collaborate closely with retail staging and planning, regularly engage retail leaders, and ensure resources deliver measurable impact. You will also own the development and delivery of tools that enable seamless execution. As a product manager in Coffeehouse Excellence, you will Serve as the single-threaded owner for product outcomes, driving coordination and ensuring product work is owned and supported by the right teams. Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision, aligning with business goals and partner needs. Gather and prioritize customer and partner needs, use cases and feedback into actionable requirements and success metrics. Define required features and outcomes, using data and insights to guide product decisions. Collaborate closely with the program manager to align on timelines, resource allocation and strategic priorities across initiatives. Partner with operations consultation managers on implementation while maintaining accountability for product outcomes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions deliver on intended business outcomes. Facilitate decisions by balancing risk, available information and shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams
  • Ability to resolve issues or debates independently in most situations
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in product or brand management preferably with a focus on operations, process improvement, or customer/partner experience
  • Ability to influencing others without authority to complete things in a timely manner

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.
  • For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
