As the Product Manager, Clover Security you will be accountable for ensuring the Clover Security product (PCI and Security program) support the SMB Security roadmap by multitasking requirements across multiple work streams and product lines. This includes providing input in strategic planning, development, execution and measurement for initiatives, capabilities or functions that affect Fiserv’s PCI Level 3 and 4 merchant’s and PCI compliance and Security posture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Management or 3+ years direct experience in a global or enterprise-level payments and security for a merchant, acquirer, issuer, third party servicer, or brand association.
  • Knowledge on PCI compliance practices and/or Payment Security practices
  • In-depth knowledge of product management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Understanding of payment flows credit card, alternate payments, point of sale, bank transfers.
  • Understanding of several types of risk involved in Merchant Acquiring business.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - evaluates information/data to make decisions; predicts obstacles and develops plans to resolve; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
  • Understanding of Data Analytics and ability to compile data into meaningful stories.
  • Hands on knowledge of SQL and business intelligence reporting tools (MS Power BI, Tableau, Palantir)
  • Initiative-taker to drive change and manage results.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Working in an agile development environment.
  • Gathering functional requirements and confirming them with stakeholders.
  • Support the roadmap process and execute requirements across multiple teams.
  • Ability to problem solve daily issues with limited guidance.
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, build consensus, clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences, communicate difficult messages in a professional and productive manner, and excellent presentation and facilitation competency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard that track performance & risk metrics (KPI/KRI/OKR) for the Clover Security PCI and Security program.
  • Define business requirements for the Clover Security PCI and Security program and operating model; ensures it alignment with overall SMB Security product strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to confirm business requirements and turn those requirements into user stories.
  • Establishes credibility and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders involved with security and compliance.
  • Champion the importance of PCI Compliance and payment security as a core competency within our SMB merchant base.
  • Ensure completion and delivery needed for respective merchants, partners, and supplier roles.
  • Drive and monitor issue remediation activities across in-scope organizational functions to ensure gap closure to fulfill Clover Security daily operational SLAs.
  • Provide thought leadership for the Clover Security family of services.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the PCI DSS requirements, PCI industry guidance, and PCI best practices.
  • Partners with key internal stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging digital payment channels, platforms, and technologies to automate merchants' SAQ for PCI DSS Level 3 & 4 customers.
  • In an advisory and consultancy relationships that support the growth of the Clover Security offering across Sales, Account Management, Partners, and Sr. Management.
  • Be clear on the objectives, target to be achieved, and how to get there.
  • Ensure the product development team are aware of what is being built and why.
  • Plan and manage team product deliverables.
  • Work with development leads to identify the release when features will be deployed.
  • Creating mock-ups and user journeys.
  • Engage and work closely with the Development team to help determine the best technical implementation methods, as well as a reasonable execution schedule.
  • Organize knowledge sessions and training as needed.
