About the Team We are seeking a product manager to join the Mainstreet Card Product Acquisitions group, supporting acquisitions customer experience for many of Capital One’s most popular credit cards. You will help drive acquisitions growth by delivering on a vision of real-time, personalized card offers and experiences. You will have the opportunity to make an impact through direct partnership with your Tech team(s) as well as collaboration across business stakeholders, partner acquisitions teams, and platform teams. In this role you will: Create a broader strategy and build out a roadmap for application experiences Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups Update front-end experiences to improve customer experiences and increase card bookings Perform A/B testing in production experiences and analyze results and value using SQL Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases Capital One Product Framework In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
