BIOVIA, a subsidiary of DASSAULT SYSTEMES, is looking for a motivated BIOVIA Industry Process Experience Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA, or in one of our many offices around the US, in an onsite/hybrid role. Scientists are at the core of our solutions, and this role will be responsible for managing an end-to-end experience that takes bioprocess development scientists from process design, through scale-up, automation, testing, and analytics, all the way to defining optimized bioprocess specifications. As a key member of our team, you will own and advance the bioprocess development and lab automation industry workflows to drive operational excellence and expand the reach of DASSAULT SYSTEMES and BIOVIA in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences markets. Leveraging your deep expertise in bioprocessing, cell culture, and automation technologies, you will develop a strategic industry solution roadmap aligned with emerging trends in biomanufacturing. This role involves close collaboration with customers and internal Dassault Systèmes teams to translate complex scientific and automation workflows into clear software solution requirements. Leading interactive workshops and direct customer engagements will be essential, alongside working closely with DS Product Managers to ensure seamless integration of bioprocess and automation workflows across our product portfolio.

  • Defining, prioritizing, and refining workflows that strengthen BIOVIA's leadership in bioprocess development and lab automation
  • Partnering with Product Managers and UX teams to deliver world-class, user-centric solutions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager in Science Based solutions, ideally in BioProcess
  • Demonstrated success in visualizing and identifying solutions for customer lab work
  • Proven experience leading workshops and engaging with customers
  • Familiarity with evaluating and proposing software solutions for science
  • Strong understanding of BioProcess development
  • Ability to translate business processes into software workflows and functional requirements
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse cross-functional teams
  • Data modeling experience of scientific processes is a plus
