About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and scale Rho's digital banking infrastructure, helping deliver banking & cash management experiences that are fast, intuitive, and built with compliance and risk in mind. As the Banking Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Rho's platform continues to offer seamless business banking-while embedding the right operational controls to meet regulatory standards and mitigate risk exposure. You'll be responsible for designing user journeys that strike the right balance between exceptional customer experience and strong, scalable financial operations. You'll lead cross-functional teams and external partners to build and optimize Rho's banking capabilities and cash management customer jobs to be done.
