In this role, you'll work directly with business units across Capital to understand how they work, and partner with them to find ways they can use Microsoft tools, including Copilot, to make their jobs easier. You'll blend curiosity, clear communication, and interpersonal skills to help associates adopt new technology and incorporate it into their workflows effectively. Enablement & Adoption Partner with business teams to understand how they work and identify where AI tools can save time or improve outcomes Support the rollout of new Microsoft capabilities across CG, with a focus on everyday use cases that stick Help teams get started with Copilot Studio agent solutions and guide them through the process of building simple, practical tools Represent the end user in technical projects — making sure new tools are easy to use and solve real problems Product Management Core Support roadmap planning and contribute to prioritization decisions for Copilot adoption programs Track how well associates are using new tools and bring data and feedback into conversations about what to do next Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with Change Leads and business-facing teams Help design and run adoption programs — training sessions, champion networks, and role-based guidance Stay current on new Microsoft 365 features and share what's relevant with the team and the broader organization I am the person Capital Group is looking for.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, technology project management, or a related field
• You communicate clearly and simply — in writing and in person — and can explain complex technology to people who aren't technical
• You are curious about AI and enthusiastic about the potential of tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve how people work
• You are organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once without losing track of the details
• You work well with all kinds of people — from IT teams to business leaders to frontline staff
• You use data to understand what's working and aren't afraid to adjust when something isn't
• You are familiar with Microsoft 365, and especially Copilot

Responsibilities
