We are looking for an ambitious, driven Product Manager to join our team. At Sokin, we are building a world-class product team that can help us remove the borders, barriers and burdens from global business. Product Management at Sokin is all about creating and delivering an ambitious roadmap with your team and working continuously with clients and stakeholders to ensure your product is driving real value for our customers and the business. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something challenging and transformative, someone who wants to play a critical role in driving our success. About Us Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency. Our mission is simple: we’re simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow. We deliver services across: • Global payments and receivables • Foreign Exchange (FX) • Treasury management • Finance reconciliations We are rapidly expanding, with established presence in EMEA, APAC, and North America, backed by a strong global infrastructure and industry-leading partners, we are redefining how businesses move money worldwide. Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing rapidly. As we continue to expand, we’re building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments. As our Americas' Expansion Product Manager: You’ll define the strategic roadmap for Sokin's banking connectivity across the Americas—determining which markets we expand into, what capabilities we need, and how our infrastructure evolves to serve our clients' needs. You'll be responsible for building the business case for market expansion, analyzing client demand, payment volumes, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements to prioritize where Sokin should establish presence next. This means understanding the specific payment needs of different American markets—from ACH requirements to local clearing preferences—and translating those into clear technical and commercial requirements. Working closely with our Banking Partnerships team, you'll define what we need from banking relationships in each market, then collaborate on sourcing and evaluating potential partners. Once partnerships are established, you'll work with engineering to scope and prioritize integration work, ensuring our technical implementation delivers the speed, reliability, and functionality our product roadmap requires. You'll own the ongoing performance and optimization of our Americas' banking infrastructure—monitoring transaction success rates, settlement times, and costs across different corridors, then identifying opportunities for improvement. This includes working with operations and engineering to resolve technical issues, evaluating when to add redundancy or alternative routes, and making data-driven decisions about infrastructure investments. A critical part of this role involves staying ahead of the Americas' payments landscape—tracking developments in instant payment schemes, open banking regulations, and emerging settlement mechanisms—then determining how these trends should influence our strategy. You'll also gather feedback from clients and sales teams to understand where our current infrastructure is limiting growth or creating friction.
