We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle for an AI-powered enterprise operations platform, from concept to release. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions that align with the company’s mission to redefine enterprise performance through AI.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management
1+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS environments
Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira
Proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver measurable results
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical mindset and ability to justify product decisions logically
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proactive, organized, and passionate about AI-driven innovation

Responsibilities

Product Vision & Roadmapping – Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with engineering, design, QA, and marketing to drive successful product launches.
Project Management – Support continuous improvement and best practices in product development, leveraging Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Customer & Market Research – Conduct market analysis, identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to inform prioritization and strategy.
Execution & Delivery – Own the roadmap and ensure timely, high-quality releases that meet business and technical objectives.
