About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Aha! experience. In this role, you will work closely with clients to drive meaningful product outcomes by aligning on product vision, identifying gaps in existing processes, and enabling improvements through strategic Aha! configurations. You will play a key role in strategic engagements, helping clients optimize their product practices while ensuring tools like Aha! effectively support their goals.

Requirements

• Assess client product management processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements prior to implementing Aha! configurations.
• Lead Aha! setup, customization, and roadmap/report generation aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, to define meaningful roadmaps and reporting structures.
• Integrate Aha! with external tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
• Demonstrate strong product management fundamentals including backlog prioritization, product-market fit, and user-centric thinking.

Nice To Haves

• Aha! certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• Experience working in consulting environments and client-facing engagements.
• Familiarity with integrations across product and business tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce).
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and executives.
