About The Position

Kixie is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of the Admin Dashboard, a crucial component of our sales engagement platform. The Admin Dashboard provides users with essential tools to manage their teams, monitor performance, and optimize workflows. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to deliver an exceptional user experience that meets the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly within B2B SaaS platforms, and will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin Dashboard. This position is based in Santa Monica, California, and local candidates are preferred to facilitate close collaboration with our team. As the Product Manager, you will collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and usage data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact, and oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis. Effective communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, is essential to ensure alignment on product plans and progress. Additionally, you will work closely with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and user-friendly Admin Dashboard that caters to both technical and non-technical users. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial to measure the success of the Admin Dashboard and inform ongoing improvements. Staying current with industry trends and competitive products will help keep Kixie's Admin Dashboard at the forefront of the market.
