We are looking for a Product Manager to tackle crucial initiatives around our platform offering. In this role, you will partner closely with engineers, designers, business leaders and our customers to create, execute and deliver our product strategy with a focus on innovative CTV advertising solutions. We are looking for an individual who holds a deep technical understanding, excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, ability to define a visionary product, to partner with different stakeholders, and ability to work within a fast moving, startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of Product Management experience in software companies, ideally within the advertising technology (AdTech) landscape.
  • Technical Orientation: A strong understanding of how APIs, data structures, and software architectures work; a technical degree or background is a plus.
  • Execution Focus: A proven track record of delivering software products in an agile environment.
  • Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data to support hypotheses and drive product decisions.
  • Adaptability: A "getting things done" mindset with the flexibility to pivot as market needs or company priorities evolve.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Roadmap: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of specific product features, from initial requirements gathering to GTM launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work daily with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and user-centric designs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into actionable product improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of features and inform future product enhancements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for product growth.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing technical debt, maintenance, and new feature development.
