About The Position
Rho is on a mission to make finance frictionless for organizations. Our team and technology power high-performing companies with an all-in-one, end-to-end finance platform that seamlessly enables organizations to safely conduct and manage company cash and spending across commercial-grade banking, corporate cards, treasury management, expense management, account payables and more. We're seeking an Accounting Product Manager to help businesses and accountants seamlessly use Rho to simplify and enhance accounting workflows. You'll work closely with finance teams and accounting firms to ensure Rho improves reconciliation, reporting, and tax processes-helping businesses close their books faster and more accurately. This role is highly customer-focused. You'll engage directly with accountants, finance teams, and partners to understand their workflows, pain points, and how Rho can make accounting smoother, not harder. Your ability to navigate diverse accounting needs and translate them into practical solutions will be key. You'll also play a vital role in expanding Rho's accountant channel, making it easier for firms to adopt and recommend Rho.
